aybe these days, many of us have to put the rest of our daily food in the refrigerator, one of which being rice, for another meal, and we think that reheating it is not dangerous for our health.
But there is a bacterium called Bacillus Cereus that can be transferred from paddy field to rice and survive on it even for a year! And unfortunately, you can't get rid of it by cooking rice.
If we leave the rice at room temperature for more than two hours after cooking, the bacteria will start to grow and produce poison!
By putting rice in the refrigerator, this bacteria does not disappear and the fridge cold only stops its growth, and when we reheat the rice, the growth of the bacteria continues. The toxin produced by this bacterium is not destroyed by heat, and the more times the rice is heated, the greater the amount of poison, leading in food poisoning.
