Maratan Khatam Company History
Marjaan Khatam Training, Research and Q.C. Lab. Services Company, as a private and independent entity aiming at controlling the contaminants in food and agricultural products in Tehran, was established in 2002. This company provides lab services in food and feed, inspection, quality management and specialized training courses in its three branches in Tehran, Khorramshahr and Bandar Emam Khomeini.
All lab services of this company is accredited based on ISO/IEC 17025.
- Lab Certificate from Standard Organizations in Tehran and Khuzestan ( for 2 branches in Khorramshahr and Bandar Emam Khomeini)
- Lab License from Ministry of Health and Medical Education in Tehran Lab
- Quality Management System Based on ISO/IEC 17025 of National Accreditation Center of Iran ( NACI) in all three branches
- National Inspection License of Iran National Standard Organization (in all provinces)
- License of pistachio sampling to European Countries Destination from Ministry of Health and Medical Education
- Training License from Iran National Standard Organization (1st National Rank)
- Training License from Ministry of Health and Medical Education
Participation in research projects
- HACCP project, sampling and testing pistachios from fruit gardens, processing terminals and export storages managed by Ministry of Agriculture in three consecutive years (2005-2008);
- Green Corridor Project (sampling and testing the chosen pistachio nuts);
- CODEX Sampling Project to develop International Standards by Ministry of Health
- TCP Project of sampling the pistachio nuts managed by FAO.(2011)
