Why the experts say not to feed the livestock with moldy bread and corn?
Or don't buy milk and dairy products that don't bear a standard trademark?
Or don't eat leftover nuts and dried fruits?!
Because of a toxin called aflatoxin!
This toxin is produced by the growth of mold on food products, the most common of which being B1, B2, G1 and G2, which can contaminate all kinds of nuts, grains, spices, oilseeds, dates, tea and herbal teas.
If livestock feed is contaminated with aflatoxins B1 and B2, it is converted into aflatoxins M1 and M2 in the animal's body and enters the milk.
Unfortunately, this toxin is not destroyed even by pasteurizing milk and contaminates dairy products.
Human consumption of food contaminated with this toxin can cause liver cancer and lifelong weight loss and dwarfism in children.
